Warranty Terms and Conditions


RETURNS

Aihome’s return policy lasts seven (7) days from the day of the item received.
To be eligible for a return, the Buyer’s item must be unused and in the same condition as when received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There will be an administration and transaction charge of at least 5% if the refund case is neither caused by Aihome's negligence nor the quality of the products.


SHIPPING

The Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning item if it exceeds seven (7) days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the Buyer receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on the Buyer’s shipping address, the time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive, may vary.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If the Buyer haven’t received a refund yet, please double check the bank account again.
Then contact credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
If the Buyer has done all of the above, and still have not received the refund yet, please contact us at sales@aihome.com.my


REFUNDS

Once the item return is received and inspected, Aihome will send the Buyer an email/message to notify that we have received the returned item. Aihome will also notify the Buyer of the approval or rejection of refund.
**For pre-order product, the date shown on the description is just for estimated time arrival reference. It is subjected to the customs declarations, flight delay and other unforeseen circumstances, please do Contact Us. The refund is only available after 30 days from the estimated delivery dates.
If the return request are approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the Buyer’s credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.


EXCHANGES

Aihome only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the Buyer need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@aihome.com.my before ship out the item back to Aihome.
Our 1-to-1 exchange policy lasts for three (3) days from the day the customer receives the product. If it exceeds three (3) days, we shall deal with it on case-to-case basis.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Returns must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to the Buyer. The Buyer may return the order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

• The Buyer has received the wrong item, or the item has a manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods).
And the general requirements for returns are as follows:

1. The Buyer has proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

2. The goods must be in new condition, and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.

3. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
• Under what conditions is/are the product non-returnable:

1. In the interests of hygiene: pillows, headphones and Bluetooth headsets, Earphones, Personal Care Products, Health and Fitness products cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

2. Apple Products, Ink Cartridges and toner.

3. Once Installed: Video Game Console, Video Games, Made-to-order/Custom-Made, Air-Conditioner, TV (once wall-mounted).

4. Once Used: All Electrical and kitchen appliances, home appliances, IT, cameras, accessories and Assembled Furniture.

5. Consumables such as coffee capsules cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

6. Customized/made-to-order goods, special order items, assembled furniture cannot be refunded or exchanged. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

7. Display unit, auction items and clearance goods are strictly non-refundable. The Buyer is required to make a complete inspection to assess the item before purchasing. These items are sold on "as is, where is" basis.

8. Personal care products.

9. Product with contract services that have been connected (e.g. ZUS Nonda).

10. Product that is stated CN version and the Buyer is unable to connect China Apps.

11. Items that have been purchased for more than seven (7) days.

12. The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.

13. The item has no defects. The Buyer has changed mind because of wrong selection, color, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere.

If the Buyer return meets all the requirements above and wish to proceed with the return, please provide order invoice number ready and simply visit any of our retail stores.

Aihome will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received the returned items. The Buyer will receive a call or an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.

If the return request is valid, Aihome will process the refund or replacement, based on what the Buyer have indicated to our Customer First Team. If it's valid, we will reimburse the Buyer with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.

If the Buyer return request is not valid, Aihome will notify the Buyer and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

CAN I UPGRADE MY PRODUCT WHEN I FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
A warranty claim can only provide the Buyer with a replacement of the same product. If the product or color is discontinued, it will be replaced with the most similar product.

WHAT IS COVERED IN YOUR WARRANTY?

Vacuum Cleaner (1 year warranty)
Product Warranty excludes the following:
• Plastic/glass attachments, hose, attachments such as piping, etc. In-box
accessories such as filters, filter bags, flexible hose, all suction nozzle,
extension pipes, etc. and external parts such as casting control knobs/
buttons cables.

Air Purifier (1 year warranty)
Product Warranty excludes the following:

• Changeable filters and external parts.
• Cable are not covered by this warranty.

Kitchen (Hood, Hob and Oven)
Product Warranty excludes the following:

• Plastic/glass attachments such as glass panel, glass door, glass surface and etc.;
• In-box accessories and external parts such as casting control. Knobs/buttons/cables, filters and etc.

Microwave Oven (1 year warranty)

Product Warranty excludes the following:

• Plastic/glass attachments, bowels, turntable plate, hose, attachments such as glass panel, crisper tray, shelves, air filters valves, etc.;
• In-box accessories and external parts such as casting control knobs/buttons, cables.

Television (1 year warranty)
Product Warranty excludes the following:

• Plastic panels, plastic parts & dust cover. Cabinets. Antennae and cables. External parts such as levers, plugs, sockets, control knobs or adapters. In-box accessories such as adapters;
• Remote control only covered under 6 months warranty.

Home Entertainment System (1 year warranty)
Product Warranty excludes the following:

• Plastic panels, plastic parts & dust cover. Cabinets. Antennae and cables. External parts such as levers, plugs, sockets, control knobs or adapters. In-box accessories such as adapters;
• Remote control only covered under 6 months warranty.

Sports Equipment
Product Warranty excludes the following:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
• Defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, use with unsuitable devices, software or services;
• Use not in accordance with the technical specification of the Product;
• Damage caused by third party equipment with which the Product is used;
• Commercial use or resale,
• Use for medical, healthcare or treatment purposes;
• Features or performance parameters pertaining to any software or services beyond the Product’s normal use function substantially in accordance with AmazFit's technical specifications or accompanying Product documentation;
• A Product that is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels (including serial number of Product) or any alterations (including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover).

Ezviz Products
This warranty does not apply and is void:

• If the warranty claim is made out of the warranty period, or if the proof of purchase is not provided;
• For any malfunction, defect or failure caused by or resulting from the evidence of impact, mishandling, tampering, use contrary to the applicable instruction manual, incorrect power line voltage, accident, loss, theft, fire, flood or other Acts of God, shipping damage or damage resulting from repairs performed by unauthorized personnel;
• For any consumable parts, such as batteries, where the malfunction is due to the normal aging of the product;
• Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on parts;
• Any software, even if packaged or sold with Ezviz hardware;
• For any other damages free from defects in material or workmanship;
• Routine cleaning, normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear.
